I have been listening to the UHF Frequencies for DSNY and have heard 0 activity all night and morning. Seems they have went else where. Anyone have any ideas?

DSNY uses the new DoITT UHF trunked system. The DSNY talkgroups were quite active during the recent snowstorm. You can find the frequencies and talkgroup IDs here:
