All of queens north the repeaters sound different and hang differently why is this? I also noticed this on queens south as well.

Yes, I noticed the same thing over the summer. It went back and forth for a while from sounding like this and than back to normal. But now for the past few months it has sounded like this. Very weird. Does anyeons have any answers or ideas?
