As it's been 3 yrs since the original concept of CAP moving to Narrowband and P25, the Frequencies have undergone many many revisions.
Based upon Monitoring] it seems the Two Ground Repeaters will be:
148.1250 and 148.1500 Listening to NH and MA Wings over the past 2 months, it is speculation that all [Wide Band] 1250 Repeaters will become 1500 Repeaters and all [Wide Band] 1500 Repeaters will become 1250 Repeaters.
The known [Wide Band] inputs will be changed when the Repeaters become Narrowband.
Listen to your Nightly [1800-2100] Nets depending on your region.
Make notes of the Current Tones [those will change]. When the Tones change, you know you have the new Repeaters in operation.
Post what you hear currently, then post as you hear the changes.

149.2750 Air-1
150.5625 Air-2
139.8750 TAC-1
150.2250 Guard 1
148.1250 Primary Rptr
148.1500 Secondary Rptr
148.1375 Tactical & Airborne Rptrs
All are usually Analog, but can go P25
